I received this email from a customer (MyRxBiz) with his renewal email attached. Are they really sending out this many renewal emails. I have edited it slightly, he is obviously pretty annoyed.
Any comments from MyRxBiz, I hope all customers aren't receiving 100 renewal emails or they will stop re-ordering, I would call it spamming.

You will have recieved the email he sent, he just included a cc that meant I got a copy as well.
Out of interest, how many/often are renewal emails being sent. Is this customer exaggerating, hope it wasn't the drugs that made him bad tempered.
Or is it possible there was a glitch in the system that somehow fired of a load of renewals.
I do get a lot of renewals so they can't all be unhappy.Edited by: SeventiesMartin

I get a lot of those, and try to deal with the ones that won't go away ( like this guy) MyRxBiz does send the emails out too early and they do send out too many in my opinion, 1 refill notice a day for 40 days or until they place a refill order as MyRxBiz stated in a previous thread is excessive to say the least.

I agree. I'm now seeing alot of cancelled orders because the reorder was over 20 days to early.

I also am getting a ton of reorder too soon by 20 days. I am also getting alot of unroutable and then they go to canceled a few days later. Apperently because the doctor is not allowed to prescribe in a particular state. Any ideas which states these are? I never had 1 of these before and last week had 4! Are there new states that MyRxBiz can not ship to?

He must have had another renewal notice already, as he's sent another "juicy" email back.
Mateo1721 - I PM'd you his email address, can you take him of any mailing lists, especially renewal emails. Thanks

This just in:
Why do you keep sending me these reordering notices and when I go to reorder you say it's too early?? What's up with that!
If it's too early to reorder please stop sending these e-mails to me. Just e-mail when it's really time to reorder.
Thank you,

The strategy seems to be alienating customers, not good for business and a good way to loose loyal customers (and commission).
Surely we will all do better if emails aren't sent out until it can be filled, and not to keep sending emails, I'm sure they don't need to keep getting reminders. I know if it was me I would go elsewhere, and use a site with a different looking order form, it's easy enough on the web.

MyRxBizcom - I guess you are in the best position to judge the balance.
Like I said, I do get a lot of reorders so they can't all be unhappy.
I think I must have just got Mr Angry on a very bad day, bet it wasn't Prozac he bought, if it was it isn't working.

Ok I have 3 orders canceled today because the reorder is older than 20 days. Why do send the email out that early and then cancel the order because it is over 20 days old?

Never thought I would say this, but Makes Sense To Me When You Put It That Way!! But at the same token, would like to know how other op's get reorder results of the same fashion?

If all customers wer explained why they get refill notices early, many would not be confused or bitch. However, looking at it from the customer's perspective, it causes a LOT of confusion and frustration. I would think if I received a refill notice, I could refill . . .don't send them out early, send them on time. Pester the hell out of them if they do not re-order but not for forty days straight.

Or, how about a note in the reminder email telling the customer the earliest the order can be sent out, and maybe why. But explaining that on that day the order will automatically be sent.
At least that way the customer knows what to expect.

Hmmm, that really makes SENSE, Martin. Wonder how that will go over?

Another thing I have noticed is that a lot of reorders go to Credit Card Declined.
I can't understand how this happens so often on re-orders. I know CC Declined can be for all sorts of reasons, but as most of the required information must already be on file why does this happen.
Building a loyal customer base has to be a part of the strategy, but surely this can't help.

Because the credit cards are maxed out!

But if they only have to enter credit card details surely not that many will get it wrong.
I understand that most declined credit cards were actually due to other details such as the address not matching the card exactly, name not exactly as on the cardetc. I can understand this causing quite a few failures. With reorders this should already be sorted from the initial order, so declined credit cards should be minimal, unlessIa large proportion are using a different card for the reorder.
These are only niggles really, at the end of the day we make plenty of $$$, and that's what really counts.
