How does the pay period run w/RxMedical? I am just now receiving a check for 12/13-12/19, and it is half of what my commission report shows that I should get. And the check plainly states "no cod". So where is the pay for my other order??


I also thought that I should be receiving pay for 12/20-12/27 today. Or does RxMedNet run a week behind? I know EVA cut pay off on a weekend day and FedExed the check that Fri.

They do run about a week behind and if you read their T&C they tell you that they don't even want to hear about it unless it's 3 weeks or more over due.


I received a check for the same period, Dec. 13 - 19th.

Kay Kay pay period for RxMedOne goes from Sat-Fri and EVA/HopeMills goes from Sun-Sat. The check you got was the correct one..but Christmas Week the Wires went out on Monday because of Holiday instead of on a Friday...same thing this pay period.....wires will not go out (today) Friday....but on Monday Jan.5th,hope this helps.smileys/smiley2.gif

I can;t remember the last time I got a wire on Friday...but I always get them. We really need to settle down about this and reflect on the days when we got paid once a month and it was a month out before we got the money. Weekly is a small window and hiccups do happen. If you are stratching your working capital that tight that you cannot market next week without getting last week's check, you need to rethink your marketing strategies. Sometimes they are late, but I have gotten every dime I was ever owed. (so far)

That's my major problem, Red; I don't understand why I was shorted.


I just wanted clarification re: the pay periods; how they run, when do we get paid for what week. Not griping about that, I just want to know.


That's all. I'm not very happy about the shortage b/c I don't know the reason for it. But as far as the time, no problem.

Yes they also sent me an email about this explaining the taking back of the COD orders. I was also just paid for 12/06/2003 to 12/12/2003 on Tuesday.

But did they tell you which oreders were affected. I asked for a detailed report and never heard a word. Time to move on.

The detailed commission report is being upgraded to display which orders are COD, pending, etc.

I just received my commissions for the following week today. I went o check them online to see if they match, but the reporter on the affiliate backend is down. Any ideas why Pharm_boy?

Has anybody in this group yet received their wire for the week of 12/20-12/26 (that's the one that would have normally been in on friday, except for the holiday, so I was expecting it yesterday)....I was expecting it yesterday, but it didn't arrive.


Does anybody have any good news on payment?

That run was the last of the Monday payouts during the holidays, so should've been sent on the 5th. What was the postmark?


The next bunch were sent on the 9th, so should follow shortly.

Eathan-one question,


I see my Pending/COD's commissions keeps going in just one direction...higher. Theoretically, orders that are delivered and collected should decrease that amount, right? Is that happening online now for us?

Hey Sean,


We get the CODs back in bunches and then scan them intoour systems for resolution. That is happening now. I believe the next step is getting that system and the affiliate reporting software to communicatemore efficientlyand get the carry forward of pending orders working right.


It will likely be the end of the week before things are completed.
