Tried to post a reply to my original post but thread has disappeared (Where's the Phentermine?) Order was received this AM. (no more excuses for delaying the diet) I've headed several large customer care centers and would be happy to advise the network on methods of streamlining customer care (and the importance of proactively addressing concumer and affiliate concerns).
