Hello,
I have customers requested me to check their orders numbers, and they forwarded me their confirmation emails ... so they DID order.
However I don't have them in any stats AND when I request tss to show order status it says "We are sorry. We could not find the order in our database. "
It was only in 1 day I was requested 2 orders statuses ... (I guess not all are checking and emailing + it is only 1 day) !
What the F** does it mean ?For me it means we are loosing our orders and so sales AND customers smileys/smiley19.gif

Since I have focused on promoting EVA, as opposed to IHC, my profits have plunged into the basement. I don't know how much more I can take. smileys/smiley11.gif

I have to agree that declined orders suck... but the orders getting declined are from people who are abusing these meds.Is it such a bad thing tonotbe selling medstoabusers?

The blood bath in my EVA control panel has more to do with moronic customer support rather than abusers. For example I had 10 orders with CC declined last week. No one has followed up with customer after sending them one email notification about that. While atIHC or any other merchantsuch orders are dealt with in a proper manner and most of them get shipped by next day. I have never seen any merchant (OP or non-OP) who doesn't give a damn about lost orders and customers. They have time to call a customer 10-30 days before reorder is due though.
I have customer support telling the customer to check for Fedex tracking number later in the day for the order that was cancelled by customer because it was set onhold for 38 days. How the hell are they going to give Fedex tracking number to a customer who hascancelled an order? smileys/smiley7.gif

I';m apeaking not about hold orders, but about orders, which are missed in the system. It can be with EVa AND IHC ... it is the error of tss system, not eva smileys/smiley5.gif

You're probably better off having your orders cancelled. The customers who do get approved are either ignored or assigned to Laurel and Hardy's Customer Service, Inc.

Sad but true. I still have orders from Sunday that haven't been shipped.

My biggest complaint is the people waiting for callbacks for days on end without any action on EVA's part. My thought was that the call center would fix this, apparently not.
