I've spoken to them about this and "Awaiting Tracking Number" means the order has shipped.

SO "Awaiting Doctor Approval" means the doctor approved it. I think they did their job. They got you off the phone.

No Redex the question was what does "Awaiting Tracking Number"mean not what does"Awaiting Doctor Approval" mean. And Gavin is correct..it means that the order has been approved and is being shipped. Maybe you should try reading posts a little more carefully before spouting off with your wise cracks.

I placed an order through my site and it was still saying "Awaiting Tracking Number" in my account when they delivered the order the next day.

Redex some people are talking from experience instead of out of their ass like you. Get your facts straight you dumbass.smileys/smiley8.gif

Ease up a bit folks. I've also seen orders go from 'awaiting
tracking number' to 'on hold by pharmacy' so until I see 'order
shipped'.

That's experience, not my ass, talking which is why I started this
thread. smileys/smiley2.gif

I would think that "Awaiting Tracking Number" means that the pharmacy has shipped or is in the process of shipping, and needs to input the tracking number into the system so that the customer can track the fed/ex status.

I'm not familiar with their backend, it's just what I would think from the description.

I would like to beleive that too, but the poster stated that the order HAD SHIPPED. If an order ships it needs a tracking number to ship. Fedex will not ship an order without a label and a label can't be generated without a tracking number. If the poster spewed out bullsh*t and MEANT the order isREADY to ship, then maybe I should have gotten Miss CLeo to read his mind.

Ok, let me further clarify that there is no way in hell "awaiting
tracking number" means that the order has shipped.

This is concerning order number RX------. I ordered this for
Saturday delivery. I am out of medication. I need to know when
my meds will be here. Also, I want a refund for the Saturday
delivery payment.

And this order was placed on 12/31. Awaiting
tracking number = just what it says, not shipped!</font>

Now that's just funny. You call redex a dumbass for not having
his facts straight. It so happens that his facts are, in fact,
straight. Yet you come back with more. On top of that, you're
guilty of your own complaint to redex. smileys/smiley5.gif

Oh, right. Never mind the fact that this thread is about IMS
orders and whether they're actually shipping or not.

This forum goes so off-topic it's unbelievable. Hey admin,
maybe there should be an age requirement.

You know Hector for someone who swears to not be a newbie, you sure ask a lot of stupid newbie questions.

Wern't you asking if Bontril and Didrex was being pulled in the EVA section? Any non newbie would know it was pulled a couple of months ago.

Let me quess... you do 5 sales a day on Google and you think your a player.

Oh really I'm padding my stats Hector? Only 2541 posts to go and I should be caching up to Redex... I can't wait to get my homostar status.
