Not to brown nose, but in defense of HMU they have paid me on time as soon as I sent them the banking details they requested a while ago.
It appears that other people have been paid quick smart by wire once they have provided the requested bank details.
Reading between the lines it appears that not all our info was passed over to HMU. There could be a myriad of reasons why and I do not wish to speculate.
It is easy and normal for us as individual affiliates to only worry about ourselves but I am sure that HMU worry about getting us all paid as no sales from us means no money either for HMU or Turnkeyrx.
I would imagine that with holidays etc and the time of the year in general, it was not the best time to be taking over a business and behind the scenes many people will be working their butts off to get payments to us streamlined and on time.
Lets at least provide the informationHMU request, cut them some slack to get on top of things and then revisit this subject at the end of January after which time they (HMU) would have some explaining to do if affiliates are still not getting paid even after supplying the correct bank information.
Cheers.

My friend that's not the way business is done. A transition is a carefully planned and executed procedure. The very first part of any sucessful transition is being able to pay your work force, be that contract, sales, or permanent. These guys had 3 months, that's a huge amount of time to transition over accounts payable and set up bank accounts. I will allow no excuses, I worked for businesses big and small, and this is the first industry I've ever seen that the actual income producers are treated like trash.
The most disrespectful thing you can do to workers is not pay them on time, not even taking into account the time of year. Then addingsilly fees, it's like rewarding them for not doing their job right. They need to get this fixed yesterday.
They don't have until the end of January, that would be foolish for any business person to do. Extend credit to someone who so far has been unable or unwilling to pay their bills. Cough it up and I'll shut up. Pay every single affiliate you owe. Nothing more, nothing less.

I'd have to agree with icollect. At the very very least, there should have been one or more email announcementsto all affiliates which explainedthe cause ofthe delays, the extra fees involved (both wire & mail), the use of snail mail instead of fedex to send checks-- basicallyany changein the "MO".Yet theONLY email announcement we've ever received from HMUwas the one that assured us that the change from EVA to HMU would be "completely transparent", a "smooth transition". This was theWelcome letterwe received back in late November.
Can't help myself fromthinking about that overusedcliche', thatfamous linefrom the movie classic 'Cool Hand Luke' --- "What we have here is a failure to communicate"...

"In defence of HMU" headline reminds me of a lot of chest beating by Doug some 4 months ago, on how much EVA and rxaffiliate.com care for its affiliates. Now times have changed. EVA doesn't ship to many states and I am told by TurnkeyRx to call them to learn more about that, full marks for great communication with affiliates to both turnkeyrx and EVA. I don't get paid on time and I see people are telling me that it might have happened due to holidays as if Christmas came unannounced or HMU didn't knew about holidays 1 month ago. I'm charged for FedEx without my consent, well I'll leave it fornext thread titled "In defence of HMU".smileys/smiley7.gif

We are all ragging on HMU and Turnkey Rx should be our point of contact. Aren't they supposed to take care of their affiliates? I know they are in LV recruiting more affiliates but they left us in a pile of sh*t. Say what you want about Doug, but he always let me know what was going on before it happened, not after the fact.
