Technical issues

Just to let you all know; issues with sales notification emails, login server errors, reporting, live price updates and a few other technical issues should all be cleared up today.


As we announced recently, we've been upgrading our servers. This has led to temporary outages of some systems. These outages have not affected order processing or commission tracking in any way, but have been visible in other areas.


The issues should be cleared up as we finish the last of the data migration and system updates later today.


We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and look forward to having everything up and running more efficiently than ever very soon.

They are.


There have been a few bottlenecks that have slowed up pushing orders through to suppliers, but they are shipping. These will clear up as the last of the server upgrades are finished up.


I know you have some from a while back (the 18th, right?). As we get everything settled, we'll also need to go back through and make sure nothing has been orphaned.
