Just ran some reports from our online sites by industry and here's how myrxbiz is stacking up.
12/5/03 to 1/5/03:
650 total orders
180 shipped
45 cc declined
77 cc approved
4 printed (woohoo! maybe these whole 4 will be shipped)
So that leaves us with roughly 345 orders lost in space (so to speak smileys/smiley19.gif)
========
Just thought it was interesting looking at some actual numbers. I imagine with all myrzbiz's other affiliates, there are probably more than a few thousand, if not even in the 5 digit amount, patients that are strongly PO'd right about now.
I had several patients that had been taking Ortho tri-cyclen on a regular basis and now three people are about 3 weeks overdue because their prescription cannot be shipped. They've tried to call and were told the item(s) would be shipped..... Turns out they weren'tand will not be shipped.
This isn't good - short term or long term.

You know, the only good thing here for any of us is the fact that hundreds of thousands, even millions,of people have now ordered their medication(s) online.
This to me means they'll be back online ordering regardless of new regulations. Kind of like people who buy books. I know of tons of people who only buy books from Amazon or Barnes & Noble online, never going into a store for books again.
I think this industry is far from over. As far as I'm concerned, we're in it to beat the crap out of Drugstore.com and other brick and mortar pharmacies. smileys/smiley17.gif

I hate to say it, but I'm going to hang in there with the RxBiz people. I've been with them for quite a while now and through some tough times. For some reason I'm getting a good feelingabout their new business model and will hold on...for the present.

I'll hold on too, even though it's killing me so I don't know for
how long.
MyRx...any news on when orders will ship? Or is it beyond
hope for our current orders?

smileys/smiley5.gifThe idea that orders will ship any day now is really a dream. They lost theirlargest pharmacy and all their current pharmacies together can't produce what that one pharmacy produced by itself. So you see, this isn't a bump, it'sa real huge obstacle to overcome with no light at the end of the tunnel yet. Most affilitates have orders still unfilled from early December, that's just ridiculous.
Why not just tell us the real story? Is it because they feel it's their business and not ours so they don't have to? This might be a problem for all the Rx businesses online today, I'm just not sure.MyRxBiz hasraised the base prices to pay their salaries while they diminish ours; they've dropped some affiliates to a 20% take and I'm not sure how they can do that without cause; all in all, many of these moves are those of a waining business usingfailed techniques to preserve their incomes.
Someone was saying how few orders were being shipped, well most of my orders have been cancelled by the customers for good reason. Good luck getting those customers back, there's a hundred other sites they'll go to first before trying us again.
I'll hang on for another couple of weeks, but someone better say something before they up and lower anyone's commissions any further.

I'm hanging in there as well for now.
But it seems to have been forgotten that we are businesses, just like any other business. Many of us haven't got 9-5 jobs, affiliate marketing is our job.
We have bills to pay, hosting to pay (I have a lot of affiliate sites, not just prescription drugs, thankfully, my hosting bill isover $1,000/month for dedicated servers etc.), mortgages to pay, wives and kids to feed and clothe, and it was just that expensive time of the year, Christmas. We are not doing this to earn a little extra pocket money. This is our livelihood.
Would an employee just take it on the chin if he was told he was only going to get a quarter of his salary in December because his employer was changing his business model.
We deserve to be better informed of what is happening and given a realistic time for when things will get back to normal.
Occassionaly someone foracasts the doom of MyRxBiz, not something I subscribe to. But, our survival is at stake as well.
I'm happy MyRxBiz are changing to stay within the law and keep us safe. If doctors visits keep us safe, even if it does mean less orders, I'm ok with that. If prices have to go up so we can continue and be safe and within the law, I'm ok with that as well. But when my business is being hurt and I'm just kept in the dark as to realistically how much longer it will continue to be hurt, I'm not happy with that.
Please, please, please MyRxBiz, we need a Roadmap. (Sorry, bit of Intel Speak there). We need to plan to make sure we are still here when things improve.

In defense of the people at RxBiz.
My first order on 1/1/04 was number **2404 and the latest order so far today is #**7913 a difference of 5509 orders. Sothe way I see it, you've got 5500+plus orders coming in the front door, the DEA imposing all kinds of arbitrary rules and regulations on your old business model, it's going to take 8 times the number of people to try and make things flow, you've got to train these people, get hard wires in, deal with us phoning and demanding etc. etc.Let's give Spunky, Mateo, RxBiz and my favorite employee of the month - the adjusted receptionist smileys/smiley2.gifa break and let them try and do their job. No more hasselling for 36 hrs.

Thank MyRxBizcom, we just need to know the state of play.
When do you reckon you will have the adult toys program up and running.
Thought I might run them alongside Viagra and Levitra.
A sort of "His and Hers" bundle.

Fair enough,
I admit I have been fustrated along with everyone else. MyRxBiz has always come through. But if things need time to get back on track (which I completly understand) Why even bother taking new orders till then, and why keep e-mailing the re-order e-mails out like they did today. I get all the bounce back ones, so I can just imagine how many are going out. If we cant fufill them right now, lets wait to do this so we do not loose are existing customers as well as our new ones!
I see the light at the end of the tunnel, but lets have more communication and the affiliates that stick with the program will benifit in the end. Lets just be honest and tell us when that might be!
Just like anything in life, communication is essential!!
MyRxBiz, Just keep us informed and your good people will stick around. Its your call.
Just my 2 cents!

Yea I'm gettinga steady stream of them here as well, and Red, the name's SamSung like the monitor in front of me, not SamsDung like you mistakenly thought on another thread.
Mateo- thanks for getting my commission back up to 50%, but in all honesty 50% or 20% of nothing shipped is still $0.00 Let's get something happening, my orders are still going in the "printed" then "ready to fill" backward loop.

Typo, I swear. In my defense, look at the proximity of the "D" key to the "S" key. LOL
2 orders or 2000 orders approved and not shipped does = $0.00 commission smileys/smiley7.gif
