Greetings Affiliates:

Happy new year to everyone, and let's hope 2004 brings blessings to us all.

I wanted to take the time to communicate with all of you on a few issues which I'm sure you are all concerned about. Also, there is small change on your sites that needs to be made.

First, many sites have the medication, Patanol, listing the dosage as 10% as opposed to .10%. Please just adjust your page to the proper dosage to include the decimal point.

Second, there has been a backup of orders on Phentermine beginning shortly after Christmas. This was due to an increase of orders, Pharmacies and doctors being on Holiday, and also a shortage of the 37.5mg dosage. To compound this situation today, some Phentermine 37.5mg orders were mistakenly cancelled by our control panel team in an effort to ease the backup. To those of you who endured this frightening sight on your order histories, you have my sincere appology and assurance that all of those orders have been UNcancelled, and warped ahead in the process of being shipped.

To fix the backup issue, we have increased the shipping capacity of Phentermine 37.5 today, and the backorder situation of the pharmacies should be eliminated shortly after the weekend we hope.

Finally, there have been some questions about fees being charged on your payments. I assure you that this is a side effect of being located offshore, and not an attempt to make any profits on our part. As a result of your recommendations, we have contracted a US based payment system to issue future checks and wires without the same fees that were deducted from the first 2 weeks' payments.

Good news! Keep an eye out for the return of some of the good weight loss medications which were removed from your price schedules about a month ago, as we are preparing to start shipping them again soon.

Thanks for your support, and I wish you all the best in the new year to come!

Yes, it was an email with "Affiliate updates" in the "From" line and "Hope Mills Important Update" in the "Subject" line at 8:02 PM EST. More importantly was the link to the message which is;

http://www.hmuniversal.com/announcements/01-07.htm

This is good news and I appreciate the communication. "Goodweight loss medications"coming back and no processing fees for payments, I think my migraine is finally going away.

If you didn't get the email, then if I would humbly suggest, that you email Mitchell (director@hmuniversal.com) thanking him for the effort to communicate as well as positive input on the new changes (Lord know we are all quick enough to bitch, especially me). That way he will have your email address for sure.

Who knows, if he thinks you like it he may continue!

It is obvious that HMU does not have access to affiliate's back office information or they would have had the wire info, the email address, etc. I bitch so much, my email has prolly been blacklisted with all the OPs as I never get notified. smileys/smiley6.gif
