Payments for week 1 going out. I know some people who just got wires today for week 1. It looks like things returned to normal for this pay period. Let's hope this continues.

Ooops, the wire I received was from MyRxBiz/YourRxBiz/whatever smileys/smiley9.gif

My ACH for week 1 is MIA, no trace of it anywhere. My bank scanned the fed for my account number and the amount sent. She even scanned the rejects, but nothing shows up.

Hey Rob, I am impressed that you got a MyRxBiz wire. I haven't had one in two weeks (no orders shipped) but I am really sorry to hear about you not getting your HMU wire. I did talk to your therapist, and she is happy you didn't get the wire because it means another $125 session for her ... Ca-ching smileys/smiley8.gif

smileys/smiley8.gif.....Well, it hasn't exactlybeen "like clockwork"with anyone ever since HMU took over. smileys/smiley8.gif More "like aheadache". But I hear ya....Some peoplehave beenpaid, even if a little on the late side, while others are saying they haven't beenpaidat all. As to why?...smileys/smiley5.gif

I have not received payment for Week 1 either.

No one is returning calls or emails (although they are reading them, cause I got a "read" notice on it).

So What's the Deal? I thought after the first payment snafu, things would be handled in a timely manner?

Still no week 1 wire here.

Dumb question from a small potato - since this is the first time I ever dealt with a wire, how exactly do they work?

Do they get added to your account the same day they are sent?

When is HMU sending these wires each week?

I assume I just check my bank account to see if it arrives?

What kind of fees are coming out for this service?

I miss my fed-ex man. smileys/smiley19.gif

If there's no wire today, it should be there tomorrow. If there's no wire tomorrow, it should be there the day after tomorrow. If there's no wire the day after tomorrow, it should be there the day after that. If there's still no wire, they are having technical difficulties and the wire will be there within two business days. If there's no wire after two business days, please allow up to seven business days. Once you do get your payment they will change your payment method to a new, experimental payment method, as a courtesy.

Well yeah - I am a bit pissed.

I thought I was doing them a favor by switching to wire and sending
them all that wire info they insisted on having, including the
corresponding bank info. (which was like pulling teeth to find
out!) My bank acted like I was nuts, and it took me 4 calls to
come up with a corresponding bank name. I did it because they
said they couldn't keep sending so many checks out cause their bank
didn't like it.

But it looks like checks are much cheaper and faster. I thought at least with wire it would come on time.

rxmary

at this point, I don't know if I should expect wire or check, but neither is here so guess it doesn't matter. You think it would be silly to ask how I should expect future payments.

January 12th, 2004, 01:24 PM
You know guys HMU could just let us know what's up. It's the not knowing that's upsetting folks. I think it's wrong on so many levels to be late on a payroll, but if you then don't even bother to say why or when, it's unforgivable. People remember this kind of thing for a long time.

Hmm.... Ialso received the week 1 check today(from SV PAYMENT SERVICSES BOS in Florida) via snail mail, but there was a $7.50 deduction on it.Just curious whya deduction was still applied.I was under the impression that this newaccounting setup in the mainland U.S.eliminated the offshorepostage and handling fees.... NightOwl,

Most people have to pick up there paychecks on Friday!!!! Be thankful its only $7.50 I understand your point but I don't think $7.50 is all that bad of a fee considering the whole scheme of things. I can get a clear definition of that fee if that is any consolation....Are you a TurnkeyRx affiliate?

Thanks.

Are you freaking kidding me? What other affiliate program in any industry charges it's affiliates a fee to get paid by check?

TellHMU to stop the fees, it's only serving to make them even more ridiculous...all things considered!

By the way, Tim promised that he would look into this before you all went to Las Vegas, what happened to that? In your pitch to new affiliate recruits did you include "Oh yeah, we charge a fee to get your commission check every week"?

Comon people its only $7.5, you make thousands every month through them. Its true no other merchant charge its affiliates to get paid but you don't make thousands with them either. Also before you start flaming me for this, remember I'm no big fan of HMU or EVA as it was known. smileys/smiley2.gif

$7.50x 52 = $390 a year

And don't you mean that WE make (hundreds of) thousands for them every month?

Just wanted a simple explanationwhy I'd be charged $390 an year ($7.50 x 52 = $390) in order to receive payment.I think that'sbasic courtesy, don't you think? (Not exactly sure how many affiliates HMU has, butwith just 100 affiliates that's$390 x100 = $39,000 an year in fees (or extra income to HMU?).Suddenly it's notchump change anymore.).

Hey, if there's a simple & logical explanation, I wouldn'treally mind the $7.50 fee. Once again it just seems to me another "failure to communicate" by HMU about suchthings.

Nice to see you get yours via ACH. Natasha says mine comes via regular wire transfer.

Me to Natasha:
"I would like to receive my payment via ACH from now on."

Natasha to me:
"I'm sorry but you can only choose to receive your payout via check or wire. As to how the money is send via wire you can not make that decision."

Amazing. My regular wire is sent on the day that most affiliates already have theirs in their account.

Also:
"The payouts are done in alphabetical order therefore some affiliates will receive their payout before the others."

My last name ends in one of the first 3 letters of the alphabet.
