I am a little confused about how payments are going to work for COD orders.

So they are only going to pay for "order completed" I am assuming for each period. I am also assuming that "shipped" means that it has not been signed for yet. Does anyone know exactly how it will work as far aspay goes for COD orders? Are they going to pay what the commission report says minus orders that say shipped and those ones that only say shipped will roll over into the next pay period if they change to completed?

I was also wondering if payments are going to be delayed for the check that is due to arrive this week? I am on a tight budget and I am trying to figure out what bills I can pay this month. I am asking this stuff on the forum so that Rx Medical is not going to have to respond to multiple emails and because I would like a faster response. Thanks....

chicago, I thought you threw in the OP towel. Glad you are still with us. smileys/smiley16.gif

To answer your questions would be pure speculation, but Eathan mentioned that commissions were going to be held back until the meds were delivered and paid for, regardless of whether by CC money order or COD. They were paying on orders placed, found the snafu, took some out of our last couple payments to recoup to bogus orders that we got paid for, and went forward from there. They will pay us when the customer pays them and accepts delivery of the package.

I see they updated the reports to reflect the cod status, but it does not say which cod orders have been delivered andwerepaid for, and in which checking period we will see the commissions for those past weekly cods. Has anyone heard any details on this?

Yeah for some reason the summary stats got way too detailed and the detailed stats do not show anything on a per order basis with regard to paid or not.

The summary doesn't even provide total orders placed for the period. You have to add them up yourself. smileys/smiley5.gif
