I cant keep track of my orders or whats been approved, declined, or shipped. They keep moving everything around. Half of todays orders are from last week, just cancelled and reentered onto todays date. I cannot wait til things smooth out at HMU, between the shipping probs, the payment probs, and the lack of english speaking customer support, Its becoming quite a joke.

Since all links to HMU had been removed, I found it odd that there were over 100 orders today in one account. Turns out these are are old orders being somehow moved. It is impossible to determine what is shipped or what monies are owed....what a mess smileys/smiley11.gif

they are actually the best to see what is owed. just run a commission report. the report shows received orders. doesn''t matter when the order was placed. so you can't get shorted

Well, at the end of the day, it looks as if a lot of languishing orders were assigned Fed Ex numbers, and, hopefully, shipped. There are, however, still some gaps, but they seem to be narrowing. At least, that's what I've been observing.

Here are some notes (received yesterday) from customers who placedorders on or before 12/28/2003:

I have called you as you said, is there any possible way that somebody can give me a date as to when I may receiove this order????????

I have not received this package yet??? I must admit, I am becoming a very unhappy customer!!!

If this order is not received by Wed. morning, I will take my business elsewhere, this is ridiculous.!!!!!!!

I can't understand why they are calling people for phentermine reorders when they have not shipped a single f**king order in 15 days?

Pharmacy rejects are getting out of hand also. Why send a script to a pharmacy that doesn't fill for the state the customer is from????? smileys/smiley5.gif

They do (or don't as the case may be), we just get a copy.

Log JamDefinetly Still In Effect. Come On HMU. Ship some damn orders. Please. You are quick to approve but then don't ship.

Come on. This is an important period to gain customer confidence back. http://www.rxaffiliateforum.com/smileys/smiley6.gif

Mark,

Why don't you address the situation in this thread since it applies to all HMU affiliates and you'd probably reach more people effectively via this thread than responding to them individually on the phone. Exactly what is the plan here? Pretty much there's a jam starting about 01/03 from some people I've spoken to. That's about 11 days ago, you can imagine the number of people cancelling, and leaving feedback worried about their order. Not to mention, a lot of people do require their medication. What time frame are we talking about until things are caught up or atleast the orders from last week are taken care of?

Mark, I appreciate your effort, but am not that interested in chatting (no offense). I should not need to spend time and energy talking to anyone about how HMU can't even fill orders.

One one account all links were switched to IHC and they have shipped EVERY single phen and adipex order within one day for the past week (despite a small problem with cc processing for a few hours).

HMU needs to say WTF is going on, not have you ask for phone numbers. I have never, ever, across dozens of industries, dealt with a worse affiliate program than HMU.

Sign UP send us your orders and that's it - NO SHIP - NOTHING except a some recruiters making empty promises...

It's kind of hard to blame HMU, isn't it? After all, they don't ship the meds. The doctors are on the ball, it's the pharmacies who are unwilling to ship the meds in large quartities or at all. I was hoping the Puerto Rican pharmacy wouldget sh*t moving again. Guess not.

My total shipped orders for this week is pathetic. smileys/smiley11.gif

Not really, Rob. HMU is supposed to be the one who connects the doctors, pharmacy, etc...Why are their pharmacies so much worse than others?

Also, if you can't ship a medication, just tell the customer. Don't take their money for overnight delivery andnot deliver for WEEKS. It's totally unethical.
