ANyone else have problems with COD's not shipping? I have a bunch all the way back to sunday that haven't shipped. The system has some error message about not being able to assign a cod bill

With 58% declines for the week, CODs not shipping are the least of my worries, BUT to stay on topic, none of my CODs shipped this week.

I was told that all the COD's shipped from Lifeline (the one that got raided) and FedEx was supposed to get them set up at some other pharmacies.

Hopefully "Cust. service" can let the customers know, mine are starting to get restless:

"CustomerX says: Can you please tell me If my order has been shipped?"

I hope they credit the "next day shipping" charge. that generally shuts up the complainers. And it needs to be on THIS order, not the next order.

I agree, the shipping charge should be credited.

However, that will screw those customers that have already purchased a money order to cover the order so they should be given an option of whether to credit it now or later.
