Conversion on one of my mail sites is 0.03% today. It should be
around 20%... Of 31 happy shoppers hitting my shopping cart page
only 1 purchase, should be at least 6-7 for that site so far today.
I'm not happy and have bene trying to work out what the story is. I have changed nothing on my end of things.

I've converted 0/37 today on one of my sites. Funny thing is I
don't even know where the hell the traffic is coming from? This
site only sends about 2 or 3 through to the rxordersys on a
GOOD day. My stats show 37!
Anyone else noticing above average traffic?

I'm also seeing one of my sales being credited to a subaffiliate who
has nothing to do with me. Even though the sale is showing for
this other affiliate it is showing my complete commission.
Anyone have Eathans phone number? I think it might be time to make a call.

There is also no page referrer for 39 of the 41 visitors to the
order system? Am I getting spidered, steadily throughout the
day or is this real traffic? I will have to wait until the morning
when my log files are updated.
Hopefuly the commission reports are broken again and it will
be a real good day smileys/smiley1.gif

Ps made the call to Eathan who was very helpful. Apparently some
orders could still be in the system and not hit the reporting servers
yet. With luck things will be back in order by tomorrowsmileys/smiley12.gif

I've talked with a few of our techs and there hasn't been any reason for lower conversions on our side today...
I'm looking for an explanation, but these are usually the hardest issues to track down. Some days are just bad for one affiliate and fine for the next without there being an issue, while other days there's for sure an issue.
Theoriginal error posted seems to have fixed itself (an occassionalside effect of ongoing development), thehigher volume of "no referrer"traffic sounds like a spider or bot, the phantom sub-affiliate was likely caused by a customervisitingthe other guy'ssite prior andhaving some session overlap issues (the cookie is supposed to overwrite the previous referral, but may not always function 100%) andthe lower conversions for some may just be an off day- so far nothing's come up, but I'll keep looking.
