Hello MyrxBiz,
Could you please tell me at what percentage"C2 - In QA Process" orders are being shipped, if at all?
Also, if you can give me an idea about how long this process takes between patient and customer service to receive the proper verification for order processing.
One last thing - How is your customer service department handling HIPPA guidelines when they contact the patient? Back in the day when I worked for a fulfillment company we had to be extremely careful when verifying order information, patient information, and shipping addy, etc. Plus, if someone lives with several other people who do not know or want them to know their medical ailments or prescriptions, then higher discretion would need to be applied.
Thanks for any answers. We still have not seen any orders shipped this month and forwarded the list to you guys last week (Thurs). Status of these? They are all in C2 - In QA Process
