Orders On Hold

The decline rate is getting out of hand. Can someone from EVA please comment. Theo where are you? 30% of my orders are being delcined by the doctor and another 20% are put on hold for one of several other reasons.

The high decline rate just started for me. Before this week I was getting 75% of my orders throught he system.Now it is only 50-60%. What is the deal?

Also, check this out... Why is it set to hold for 13 days if it's phen 90 and was just ordered 7 days ago???? I have a few orders like this.

I had just signed up with thema few months ago, EVA. I always looked forward to that Fedex'd Friday check, but now it's less than half of what it was with the same advertising. I've marked things up a few bucks to try to recoup something, but that's not even cutting it if it'll get declined anyway.


It's just insane how they've let this happen. I don't know what's going on with Plat/IHC. I assume when MyPrivateRX.com goes up with the new non-tss backend the declines will go down? I really haven't been following the threads.


I'm going to pull my Overture adsfor them and get a new non-EVAsponsor:


-I was really looking forward to MWS, but too badthey havehad my order for hydrocodone "At Pharmacy" for 23 days now. Their customer service must be trained to yes you to death until you stop bitching because that's all I've gotten. So, I have given up on them as a potential affiliate, despite numerous emails and phone calls to many people there. I understand this is not with all drugs, but if you offer hydro/xanax/valium, that's what people will buy, and how can I pay for traffic and get a sale only for the customer to wait this long (if they haven't placed a chargeback by then, and I don't blame them- I was really looking forward to this script).


-RxMedicalNetwork I already havetwo sites with.


-MyRxBiz is probably who I will go with. I read on their site they pay weekly, but their commission structure and some other thingsseem a little weird? Anyone have good/bad personal experience they'd like to share?


-Umm I guess that's it for private label sites. I'm not sure how comfortable I am going with Platinum/IHC/whoever they are now. Any others offering private label sites and preferably where I can set my own prices?

for me the best now is IHC ... however I still have some issues with been paid, but in the past they were resolved - so I think they will be resolved and now.


I just started with EVA (Jason) - now the decline rate is too high ... I will see what it is in some time.

Like everyone else, I've seen decline rates go up.

A customer ordered some Zebutal from me yesterday and something is amiss and she is PISSED as to why it hasn't shipped yet. The doc approved it, her credit was approved, everything was fine. Then suddenly, out of the blue, her order was put on hold for no reason whatsoever for a customer rep and NEGLECTED to tell her about it. She says she is trying to re-arrange some things so she can have someone home to pick-up the package. I value all my customers and pissing them off is not my idea of retaining customers.

What is going on EVA? You now put legit orders on hold WITHOUT contacting the person to tell them about it?


What gives man?????

I have seen a 50% fall in my earnings after moving my sites to EVA from the same number of orders at IHC. Come saturday and I'm out of EVA, I have had enough of this B.S.I wonder how people who get all their traffic from PPC are doing. I see peoplebidding $17.99 for Phentermine on overture.
