It looks like they are getting out quite a few of my orders today. This is the first day in a long time where I actually have more orders being shipped than I do new orders. Maybe this is the turning point toward getting back to "normal". Although I am quite dismayed as are most others with the lack of proactive contact from HMU, on the other hand their responses to all of my questions and concerns have been answered in a timely and professional manner. Brad responds tomye-mail messages promptly and has always been helpful. They seem to be working diligently on adding new pharmacies, which has been at the heart of their problems. Too many orders and not enough pharmacies.

I'm glad someone is seeing progress. I'm still stuck in a black hole. What's even worse, some orders are getting cancelled by the pharmacy:

rf33, what days are you seeing orders ship from?I am backed up from 01/05 a couple and starting 01/06every day since then i have about 1/3 that haven't shipped.

Can someone tell me, the problems with HMU are only with the controlled Medications like Phentermine? Or also with the rest, viagra etc?

I just fired up Dreamweaver and phpMyAdmin and was getting ready to start the migration.

Wow, I can't get them to ship a SINGLE order from over a week ago. I'm pulling all my links - it's just silly to upset my customers with such poor service.

Guys, to answer your questions, I am seeing orders from the 5th 6th and 7th starting to ship. I have had them WARPED about three times, so it is hard to tell how many are from which date, but it does look like alot of the problems seem to be clearing up. Perhaps all of the customer's cancelling orders is also helping remove some of the backlog too. I have had mostly a backup of controlleds (especially Ambien and phentermine), but some non controlleds have been delayed quite a bit too. Speaking with Brad, they are working very hard to add additional pharmacies so that this does not happen in the future. Apparently some of the wholesalers are really cracking down on the amount of phentermine, etc. which they will give to each pharmacy.


Please bear in mind that I am not saying we are totally out of the water yet, but I think I see land in sight.
