Is there a reason the reporting always goes down with them? Here is the message I get now:

These are interim reports.


There's now a sales report AND a commission report.


There's also lots more work yetto be done...

Jaanis, as I just said,there's lots more work yet to be done.


These are interim reports while we finish up the new reporting. I'm sure there will be many questions, but these should not be confused for finished reports. We're still working on those.

In the drop down menu for the commission report I can only access this month.

I have one GREAT and absolutely needed proposal :)


Please add details report to the report with shipping orders. So I will see which orders are paid this week, which are refunded, ...


Every other pharmacy (IHC and HMU) provides detailed report for shipped orders (what they actually pays) - so I can verify it with received orders report, calculate decline rate, ... and BE SURE I'm completely paid and you didn't miss any ordersmileys/smiley1.gif.


Otherwise it is useless and makes me trust on your reporting ... which I don't like. I like to verify everything by myself.

Sorry to say, but the reports are still being worked on today.


Jaanis, reports going back further, run on today's logic for calculating commissions would give you incorrect numbers, as we used to pay you even on orders we never collected on. Running an old report would make it look like we paid you too much...


andrew13, look for the reports to get much clearer as we finish them up.
