Is HMU not sending reorder emails? EVA did it once per month, and I haven't had one since november. This is a great way to produce reorders

why send reorder emails when you are 2+ weeks behind shipping the orders you already have. I don't want them sending my customers emails til they are caught up - I don't want them calling them either.

Star, I thought you were done with HMU. If you are not an affiliate, as you have mentioned in many posts, please do not bring your negativity here. On the other hand, if you were deceiving us in your other posts and indeed need help/guidance, contact me.

I am done with HMU except for a small site or two, but I stillmake nice coin on reorders. What was negative about my post? I just wanted to find out if they are no longer sending out the emails. Theo did it towards the end of every month and it is a good way to keep in front of customers and make more money for all involved.

Refill emails should be sent out the day the customer is eligible for a refill. Like the telemarketers calling up customers for refills only to have the order declined for TOO SOON> Doesn't make sense to me, but them I am just an affiliate.
