Is anyone else haveing large discrepencies on the new back office reporting? The week of 1/10 to 1/16 I lost about 50% of previous reported sales! HMMM!

Gee I thought I read all over this board that it was work in progress and not to rely on them until they were finished programming. smileys/smiley12.gif

I tmaybe a work in progress, but what are they paying us off of? I lost 50% in sales in one week, makes me wonder?

You do realize that "Commission Reports" only shows you sales that they have received payment for and "Daily Sales Reports" shows all sales including COD, declines etc...

I realize that but I lost 50% from the sales report.

My reports look exactly the same. The commission reports is full of orders awaiting doctor approval
