Can anyone tell me why some op's offer aMUCH larger variety of scheduled drugs than other op's? thanks....

Also location. If in USA, state regulations vary from state to state. Because HMU is not in USA, not regulated by any state regulations (Boards of Pharmacy)or federal regulations (DEA)

Very true pharmnet...i once hada veryhard time filling a prescription I had from a board certified, licensedphysician from Nebraska when I was in Texas and ran out of meds. The laws in Texas, evidently, don't look at doctors from other states as having the same qualifications?? All sorts of hoops had to be jumped through to fill the prescription.

HMU may be out of the country, but their pharmacies they contract are in the US and must abide by state and federal regulations.
