I think that not native English speakers in customer support is a F*ing bad thing ...

"How do I place another order? That is an order that would not be cancelled! And why would you call me to ask me if I wanted a refill on this order if you could not fill the order? And please learn how to type and spell the words correctly so that I can understand what you are saying. If you look at the last E-mail I was sent its seems like I am bothering you. Not the case you called me to fill this order. I did not call you!"

Chester,

Your post shows me how little you really know about HMU and what they are doing to make the program better for everyone involved.

I don't think anyone knows because there is very little communication.

You guys sound more like a PR firm playing damage controlthan affiliate managers that work toward resolving issues.

I don't see how anybody would want to work with these guys after a comment like that. That is so unprofessional.

Pharmacy316,

As long as HMU has cheap $3 labor on the CS team this will continue to be ugly. A cs rep from an online pharmacy should at least be able to spell the word "medecation" right. This stuff scares the customers and they wont be back. I can only imagine what the phone calls must sound like, wait that hurts too much, i better stop.

Mark, I have to agree with these guys/gals.

Although you have resolved issues for me in the past very professionaly, it seems as though someone has taken control of your identity here lately because your responses have been nothing short of immature and you have evaded some questions that are very important to all of us affiliates.

Customer service is extremely important and when a customer service repdoes not act in aprofessional mannerthen that reflects badly on our business. It is an embarrassment to myself and to my business when a customer has to deal with the total ineptitude that these customer service reps are showing.

How can you argue with that? What is wrong with you? I am not trying to be an asshole here, but I think that the name calling and general level of maturity/professionalism in your replies as of late leave a lot to be desired.

You promised us a full report on the meeting with HMU but then come back and ask us to ask you what happened. That is wrong and you know it. All we are asking for is details but you want to leave it up to us to ask for them. This, in my opinion, shows that you really did not get any issues solved and you really have nothing to tell us. Am I wrong? If I am, then why are you trying to make us work so hard for this information? Just tell us the whole story and we all will feel more at ease. If you cannot, then tell us. That is all we are asking for - a little bit of consideration. After all, we are the ones making money for you, right? How about treating us with a little more respect?

Maybe HMU should start by offering their employees a basic English course. Something to think about? smileys/smiley2.gif
