You need to switch over to an SYOP account. Contact Eathan.

All my sites are set your own prices .. it's the dam java script for the pricing that is pulling my sites down. I read your post about hosting the script on your own site ... but the prob is that my sites are massive with lots of pages.

Load times ... much better now ;-)

Hope the sales come in big for the next couple of day to make up for the down time.

Cheers,

Do you guys know how to adjust the prices on the individual drug pages to reflect the "Set your own prices." Mine are appearing correctly on the order form just not on the drug pages?!! Frustrated!

They are not real time ... the prices are changed manually twice daily at rx med network. If there not changed by Wednesday think about sending pharmaboy a sticky mail.

Good luck ;-)

You can still host the javascript file locally, no matter how many pages your site has. Just use a search and replace program (like BK Replacem) to replace the old javascript import text with your new text, and reupload your site. Can be done in about 5 minutes. This will help your page to load, but still the order page is going to be as slow as their servers are running at the time.

I tried all the Rxmedical sites..

For me, every one EXCEPT PHARMICAL loads ok.

For some reason, Pharmical don't work.

I wonder if some DOS yahooo targeted Pharmical ?smileys/smiley7.gif

something is very messed up....since yesterday PM, we have 5 orders in our last 100 order clicks.....with normal conversion rates, that should be 15-20.

please get this fixed Eathan

sales have been way down for weeks

The HTTP referrer is passed to the rxordersys.com site and the traffic is registered. the customer bails after fifteen seconds when the order page doesn't load. So you are seeing traffic but no sales. The conversion failure is in the cart this time. Maybe someone there should light a fire under the Cold Fusion or think about a strongerplatform.

I agree with IWorkForFree
Only 2 sales in the last 345 clicks for me.

Should be more like 30-40 sales I would think.

From my sites, a click means that they have 'clicked' on the order button for a medication that they have chosen. It used to be that I would convert about 25-30% of clicks to sales.

I really wish they would fix whatever is broken.

I just had a sh*tload of emails show up for sales. Must have been a reporting thing.
