where the html includes a .js replace it with 2004017849.js
now it should display your prices on that page ...
(I haven't seen the new templates, but I am almost sure, that this is the way )

Bad Ass Rocker,
There was a few hours after we switched to defaulting accounts to SYO where they were still defaulting to fixed. That's what happened to those accounts.
I converted both accounts, so you should now be able to set your prices and download new sites that function.
Switching out the javascript calls like dpillz suggests may work, but the new builder may be easier.

Right on, thanks for fixing things up for me. The templates themselves are actually set up for syo (the js is in the template), but the problem was that I couldn't change the prices from my account. So now, everythings squared up. Thanks again.

What does this mean? I keep getting this problem on the site builder:
Error Occurred While Processing Request
Variable PRICINGFILE is undefined.
Please try the following:
Enable Robust Exception Information to provide greater detail about the source of errors. In the Administrator, click Debugging & Logging > Debugging Settings, and select the Robust Exception Information option.
Check the ColdFusion documentation to verify that you are using the correct syntax.
Search the Knowledge Base to find a solution to your problem.

It sounds like the builder on IMS isn't working at the moment.
