Hi Heather,
Sorry for my confused reply to your PM.
I checked your site and it seems to work fine. Are you still seeing the problem?

I am not able to load my XML feed. The file does not exist. So none of the drugs' prices are displaying. Any ideas on this issue being resolved?

I have a couple of questions:
1. I have the template with the little flash movie on the home page. It works find on my hard drive, but I can't see it on the net. Also have a few 404 messages in my log from other visitors. Do I need some sort of script on my server to be able to see thisand, if i do, is that going toevoke one of those irritating macromedia dialog boxes for those who don't have flash?
2. What is the process for tracking affiliate sign-upsfrom one's sight? I don't see any tracking extension when clicking on the link. How does one know if one has been blessed with a sign-up? Do you have to wait until the person sells something andwhat is the remuneration? Just want to know how it works.
3. What does it mean when not all of the options from a particularproduct are not showing up on the page? Does it mean there's a temporary shortage of the item, the product has been discountinued, or there's a glitch in the system? I noticed this with Condylox overthe past few days.2options that are on the"Set Your Own Prices"page are not available to the customer. Same is true on thePharmical site.
Any help that can be provided will be greatly appreciated.

redex: I use HMU for most meds but RX Medical Network for a few. When I spoke with my contact there, they provided me with the link to an XML feed for my account. It worked fine and always has, but recently died.
I'm probably going to switch over to JS regardless. Any idea where I'd find my custom JS file to pull prices from?
Please advise,
Thanks,
Kevin

The javascript files are now updating every 15 minutes (propogating to all the servers).
The XML files are being updated every couple hours and the will soon fall into the same 15 minute automated schedule.
redex, the XML stuff is still on a case by case basis. Call it a beta test if you like.
We'll soon have all the info on how to use it posted in the back end. I'm waiting on documentation myself. Sending a memo without that documentation would be... Bad. smileys/smiley2.gif
fivetwelveeast,
1. I've run into the flash issue before. Let me dig around and find what was causing it. I think it's a capitalization issue, believe it or not...
2. Unless you request a recruiting link and replace the "Affiliates" link, you will not be recruiting sub-affiliates. Send me a PM if you'd like a recruting link.
3. We may have added new quantities and such that have not yet been added to the site builder. This is the case with Cialis and many 60 counts. The products in your pricing schedule should all be available for sale to the customer, and may be added to your site after download.

Eathan, I think it wasthe "movie1.swf" file. It needs to be changed to all lower case.
See ya!

Thanks. Changing the "M" to lower case solves the problem. Appreciate the help.

our site is loading very slowly...my webmaster tells me it is the javascript pricing that is slowing everything down.
is that possible? Anybody else ever see this problem? And what can we do to fix?

js will slow things down sometimes, and sometimes real slow!
But this prob affects all sites and all affiliates whoever you do biz with.
Not limited to rxmednet.
If you have a small site/pages it may be better to insert prices etc static html, and dump the js.
If you have thousands of pages/sites this is not an option, unless you like working real latesmileys/smiley5.gif

Instead of gettting rid of the .js files altogether, why don't you just host the javascript files locally (on your web server)? Loads really fast, and easier than static prices.

I just got an emailnotification of a sale, so at least the sales are still going through. I imagine they're on different servers, so the sales should be safe.

Let's not cry wolf...sh*t happens... RXmedical has been the most
reliable program I've been with. Every time they have a hiccup
everyone gets panicked. They still pay and are up 95%+ time
of the time. You need to be more cognizant of what it takes to
have so many people checking their stats and that the
transaction portion is on different servers.
Chill out.!

Hey Guys ....
I was freaked out as well ... another option is to log into the direct ink network site with your *rx medical network* id and pass.
Dave showed me that this am ....
