I've done a search on all Fedex shipped items for all of last year. How are we supposed to keep track of what we're owed if the new prices are associated with sales from before the increase? Some commissions are shown as negative amounts because of the $50 increase on some meds. I (stupidly) trusted the inetbackoffice to always have a reckoning of my sales without having to keep a manual record of my sales and commissions. I know I'm still owed money, now I can't figure out exactly how much, thanks Zarlsmileys/smiley7.gif

Whenwill this mess be fixed Zarl, and for once how about a straight answer?

reconcile your accounts monthly, do screen caps daily to memorialize your accounting. The last time they raised priceslast fall,it did the same thing, thereby rendering back office history useless for reconcilliation.
