View Full Version : How can customer get refund from FCL

Hey folks,


I was wondering if anyone can tell me how my customers can cancel orders and get a refund from FCL.


I have many many MANY complaint emails from customers saying they did not receive their orders.


I sent an email to Laura and she said FCL will attempt a delivery again but some of the customers still want to cancel their orders.


Any advice would be appreciated.

We will attempt redelivery, but if they want a charge back they must call customer service 866-789-6337.

The problem is... they always reach a mailbox and the mailbox is always full.

If there is no recourse, then I would advice them to call their credit card companies and request for a chargebackciting non-delivery of products.


I hate to do this. I would rather IHC or FCL cancel the orders and refund the customers accordingly.
