Does anyone have a phone number and the name of a Customer Service Rep I can contact at Google regarding Adwords?

It is in this forum at least fifty times but the search finction returns the entire friggin thread instead of the post. I know of a lady that hangs out here that has it at her fingertips. What the hell is her name again? Bread bimbette or something like that.

She was so nice in providing me the number, I almost hate to tell her that she gave me the phone number to Carlton Sheets Real Estate Program and not Google.
