COD’s

I have COD's that were delivered on 10/9. How long does it take for them to reach "bank" status? TIA

Well, I just went back 12 weeks and CODs never go to bank. It looks like the bank column is reserved for credit card transactions. I would assume we are getting paid for those, since the sig for the package constitutes the Fedex dude got the money and it is verified funds, money order, cash, cashiers check. I hope so. Haven't reconciled in a couple months. Hmmm....

Here's how to check to see if the commission's for COD's (or any other delivered order) is in your commission report.


1.Copythe order no's first 5 numbers/letters.


2.Click on "Reports" link


3. Request a Commission Report (#1) for the week the order was delivered -- Make sure you check the Detail too.


4.Once the Commission Report is available for view, Click on it, then Click on your Browsers' "edit" key and Paste the 1st 5 numbers in the "find on this page" field -- then click.


5. It should show up on the Commission Report for the week.

Not everyone has an edit key. Buy if you hit CTRL+F(calls the Search) you can enter the first 5 and hit enter to have the item highlighted.
