I was told from the contol board....whom I use every single day...so I would think the reliability of my source was pretty dead on.......Have you tried tracking any of your orders that went out yesterday?

If you click the fedex tracking link, it will tell you the service, such as 'priority overnight' or '2nd day'

Hmmmm....
Feb 23, 2004 4:23 pm - Picked up by FedEx
Feb 24, 2004 9:38 am - Delivered
Those all looked like overnight.
After that it does look like two days maybe three. Everything shipped on the 24th has not been received yet.Took a day to get it out the door and then two days on a fedex truck. They must really be hurting if they need to shave $3 off an order.
Nice of them to let the affiliate base know. Some of us are still atround.

If you click the link to fedex, it will tell you the service type. You don't have to look and see when it was sent and when it was delivered to see how they are shipping.
Brad did say to remove 24-48 hour delivery- I guess he just didn't come out and say no more overnight fedex. Too bad, it can't be more than $10.

OMFG! They did! They're making it even harder to compete. smileys/smiley11.gif

Sometimes it seems to me that people like to B*tch here especially with HMU. The recommendation was to remove references to "Next Day" since the entire process might not allow for delivery the very "next day". The request was to change it to Overnight. The thought is under-promise and over-deliver.
By the way, since the price change, they have been moving my stuff faster than ever. Most of it is going "NextDay"http://www.rxaffiliateforum.com/smileys/smiley5.gif

I cannot fathom this move. Apparently Brad is so confident in his superiority, that he can charge more for inferior service and still keep customers. I am sad to say that IHMO HMU has really dropped the ball with this one. As a running tally of the changes since EVA:
1. It now takes much longer to get orders out the door (remember the days when you could be almost certain that orders placed before about 2:00PM EST would ship that day)
2. We are charged a fee to receive our money
3. We have to keep up a certain new order percentage or we get removed from the program
4. Huge price increases for all affiliates
5. HMU is now also running their own sites (EVA did not for about the last year) to compete with their affiliates.
6. Shipping service has been changed to two day with no change in price to us.
I really fail to understand some of these moves. I really wish there was an alternative which converted as well, and offered the same variety of medications. I really like the TSS system, and my sites convert wonderfully, but I am not sure how many more of these "changes for the better" I can stand.

Whoever you are you do not know what you are talking about. Get your head out of whoever's rear end it is in, and look at what people are saying. It is not about how soon the orders are being shipped, it is that our orders are being shipped via FedEx 2day. Check out some of your FedEx tracking numbers that went out today. All of mine say FedEx 2 day instead of FedEx standard overnight. Although many here complain, often there is a good reason, and in this case it is definitely warranted.

I don't understand why one or more of the other OP's don't offer some of the better selling meds that HMU offers. I stopped short of begging IHC to add them to the roster, but they weren't interested.
You'd think that RxMedical would jump all over them.
Whatever. Sorry for bitching.

Speaking of which, I have posed the question about what is now the standard method of shipping but have not yet received an offical response.
Yes, the latest memo fromHMU requested the removal of "Next Day" and "Overnight" shipping, but if you look at the current run of TurnKeyRx template sites they all have a key feature listed of "Fast Overnight Shipping".
So... smileys/smiley5.gif

LOL - I wonder if it might help to just include the$19.95 in the resale price, make no claims in regards to delivery times, and if they receive it within5 days they would be happy?
Either that or they will go to a site that offers real Next Day shipping. Thank goodness I have those too!

I think they are just trying to get all the affiliates to quit and give up their reorders. Then, they will go back to normal and ship overnight and ontime.
But all the cuts and increases in base prices can only be a sign of serious cash flow problems. You really can't argue that point. You don't mess with something that was working for so long with Eva's program. They must not have the cash flow to abosorb the purchase price. They might not feel they will be around for long, and are probably just milking what they got.
