Dear Affiliates,
As you may be aware, the Federal Government is actively pursuing companies that are allegedly selling prescription medications over the Internet without proper physician or pharmacy approval. Given the seriousness of these actions of the many allegedly illegal pharmacies and companies that are being investigated and closed by the DEA, we feel the need to reiterate e-Scripts.MD's continued commitment to lawful and ethical business practices, which has made us the most established leading company since 1999.
As an affiliate of e-Scripts-MD, you can rest assure that we will continue to remain in compliance and keep up with the ever changing regulations. We are constantly working with our outstanding team of legal experts to ensure and protect our position in the industry and, most important, our plans for the future.
There have been many companiesthat have recently started operations with little or, worse, no legal guidance. This should be a major concern to all affiliates. As an affiliate, please use extreme caution when becoming involved with any of these companies. An affiliate should be especially concerned withcompanies that offer customer access to controlled substances and/or the ability to accept new orders via the telephone. More enforcement actions, like the one referenced above, are expected in the very near future.
We, on the other hand, have always taken a safe approach in our business decisions. That is why we are where we are today. We are excited about our future and hope that you have that same level of confidence. If you are interested in discussing possible future endeavors, please feel free to contact Leigh Mitchell at lmitchell@escriptsmail.com (lmitchell@escriptsmail.com). We will be posting more information tomorrow.

Chris,
Thank you for posting! If e-scripts would work with us on commissions I think many affiliates would come flocking back to you.e-scripts was thefirst company I worked with butyour commission forced me to work with other OPs. Any plans to increase commissions?Edited by: Affiliate

Yeah but these new companies make us good money. I'd never go back to $20 and 10%

I am with EVA and very staisfied but I started and remainwith Pillvalue at $20 etc etc and I have to say I don't mind around AUD$6000 a month rolling in month after month from those $20 plus 10%!!.
I might also add that Pillvalue.com also are excellent payers of affiliate commission and in nearly two years have never missed a payment to my wife and I and although new to EVA, I am having a good experience with them to.
e-Scripts-MD are simply not affiliate friendly, they may think they are number one but not in my eyes.

We may all have to pull back and be happy with those terms. The easy money blitzes are what is killing the industry but the legally sound will survive. Getting medical information and writing a prescriptions won't be the $10 production line for doctors but require an hour's worth of work maintaining proper medical records. If you are unwilling to go back to the $20 +10% to the well established OPs when more cash cow pharmacies the likes of Lifeline get shut down or fold for fear of facing legal ramifications, that will mean more traffic for the rest of us. Bye, don't let the door hit youin the ass.

Redex, I can't agree with you more. I rather feel safe earning $20 + 10% than worrying about the DEA coming crashing through my door for higher commissions.

I wanted to say that after meeting theE-Scripts people in personlast week that I was very impressed with their business, ethics and philosophy.
This is a company that has a genuine interest in the longevity of this business and has spent anincredibleamount of resources to maintain their integrity and compliance with the laws.
The fact that the Ceo has posted here speaks volumes IMO.
I look foward to working with them in the future and promoting their products to my affiliates.

redex,
Your posts makes a lot of sense.
We don't however really know much about the EVA's of the world. It seems that they are pretty strict because they deny half of the orders, but how can we be sure if they are solid?
As far as 20+10 goes, it's tough but would be worth it if we were to get some more assurance that we would somehow be more protected.
The problem I found from e-scripts and USA wasn't the payout, but rather the conversions were 2-3% instead of 10% that I get elswhere.

Yup my thoughts exactly. Problem is to identify the genuinely legal ones

Chris, I've also had a problem with lousy conversions at e-Scripts so I quit promoting them. I could probably do better promoting magazine subscriptions.
I got an e-mail from e-Scripts the other day wanting to know why they weren't getting traffic from my site (the one I registered under and the one I promotee-Scripts on are different, and e-Scripts was duly notified of this when I started with them). So Ireplied tothis person and told them I was having a problem with poor conversions. They wrote back saying they couldn't help me with currency exchange rates (huhh, I though .... duhhh). I wrote back again saying I was talking about sales conversions, not currency conversion. Then I called in and asked for the person that wrote the e-mail but couldn't get them. I told the person I was talking to thatI was getting ready to remove all e-Scripts links from my site and she said she would have a manager call me. No one ever called back.
I'd say this is a dumb company to deal with. Conversions stink and affiliate support staff is clueless. No personal offense Chris, just telling it the way I see it.

The genuinely legal ones are easy to spot. They do not sell controlled substances like sleeping pills or diet pills. They do not sell controlled pain pills, i.e. nothing stronger than ultram, vioxx, etc., They are US based and do not import generic viagra or any other patent infringing med.

Jesus, if I didn't sell diet pills and ambien, I couldn't make ends meet smileys/smiley6.gif
Can you imagine everyone competing to sell Propecia, Celebrex and Claritin?!

If that was all that was available, I dont think everyone would compete for it. I think that the competition would recede to the point it was at a couple years ago. Most of the competition is here because of the controlled substances, not the other way around.

RxRob, don't lose hope. I don't sell either of those (one or two stray orders but not my bread and butter).
Do you realize how many short bald guys there are out their with a Napolean complex and an fragile ego to boot. Don't knock Propecia til you tried it.
