what is it with the customer service at MWS


I have customers complaining they can not get through and then call me repeatedly.


How long do the orders take?


Is there a magic number i should be using lol

The only customer service necessary is if the customer did not get their order because Fedex f**ked up. If they are too stupid and don't know how to fill out an order form and credit card info, then they should not be medicated in public. People's ignorance are the reason for most customer service phone calls.
