See, the DEA can do whatever they want. They are above the law and the judge should have RULED in Lifeline's favor instead of suggesting if he felt so strongly about it. But then again, mess with the government and they mess with you especially when it comes to those all wpowerful segments, like DEA, FBI, CIA, etc.

I could go on, but I won't - the first two were really what I was thinking about. Love how the state laws and the courts can be so easily overlooked or downrightignored by the DEA

The last one frosts my balls. More of our soldiers are dying now in non combat situations than ever before. more after the war in Iraq than during. Maybe his drunken kids and his brothers daughter, high on forged prescription meds, will kick some sense into that man.
