What am I getting like over 60% of my orders with status CC declined? Is there something wrong with your order system. That is a very high number. I highly doubt all the people with bad credit cards are coming to my site this weekend.

Anyone else seeing this? Typically I see 5% at the most declined any given day.

Let me guess? No there is nothing wrong. Everything is fine.

I had 2 declines and 1 unrecognized shipping address today. Out of the past 17 orders I have had 5 ship. Is this normal for this program? This sucks!!!

salesman
March 22nd, 2004, 09:27 PM
If they haven't shipped and they were ordered after 2pm then that is normal. If you are getting more than like 5% total of your orders not shipping then I would say that is not normal and I amusing numbers from thousands of orders in the past.

Email me the usernames you're getting that performance on. It's completely the opposite of most other accounts performance. I would guess that its due to a focus on the controls as upposed to the non controls. Focus on the non controls is of ultimate importance. Especially if you want to make money.

21 orders - 4 shipped. That's why I no longer promote My/Your(whatever)RxBiz. Every single other OP I've used (there are at least four others) have NEVER had such a poorrecord, no matter what medications were ordered. If you can't fill certain prescriptions, don't offer them. The same sites of mine got orders from another program - 126 orders (this month) and currently 4 declined, the rest are shipping.

I've never been in an industry so full of big talk and little follow-through. Horrible affiliate communications, promises of big things that never happen, weird inbreeding of OPs buying other OPs buying other OPs relocating, etc. It makes porn look like church bingo.

The only way you can get numbers like that is if you want to sell controls with us. Our most successful affilaites are using the non control only templates, so their customers don't get stuck with the 15% fill rate that the controls have through us.

It's simplre really:

Non-controls = Big money and very high fill rate.

Controls = Verty little money, very low fill rate.

15% for controlleds my ass! This is not directed at you,YourRxBiz, because I am not using you to fill mycontrolled medorders any longer but E-Rx.Net/RxBiz.us is using the same methods, pharmacies, backoffice, everything as YourRxBiz does so the ship percentage should be the same across the board.

So far I have approx.450 Hydrocodone/Vicodin/Norco/Lorcet orders this year and have ZERO shipped.

I have over 350 Valium/Diazepam orders this year and have had 11 orders ship. What is that - 3%?

I have about 600 Xanax/Alprazolam orders this year and have had 13 orders ship for a measly 2% shipping rate!

I have had over 200 Ativan/Lorazepam orders this year and have had 2 orders ship! 1%!!!

120 Phentermine orders - 1 shipped! Less than 1%!

You (YourRxBiz and E-Rx.net/RxBiz.us)can't compete with other programs as far as non-controlleds go either because your base prices are too high so what is the point in promoting your program any longer?

Just face it, your program used to be good and now it sucks. That's why I am moving on to other programs.

Hate to break it to you, but they are not us, they don't work the orders like we do. We've always been better than them, and your percentages show a good reason why. You would have made about 8x-10x the money on those orders had you sent them to us.

2. I appreciate you sharing with the other affilates your opinion of our program. Everyone's opinion has value.

The fact is that our program is as good as its ever been if you subtract the controlled meds from the equation. Every complaint in this post has been regarding controlled meds, and I can't say enough, if you want to ship controlled meds off online questionairre, go elsewhere, we specialize in non-controls.

US-MEDS

Well, I hate to break it to you Mr. RxBiz, but I can tell you that I WAS using you for Hydrocodone/Vicodin earlier this year and have a ZERO % shipping rate with you as well!

Here are my shipped stats for controlled medsyear to date for YourRxBiz:

Hydrocodone/Vicodin - 208 orders / ZERO shipped / 0%. Where is my 8-10 times more money? Oh yeah, I forgot, 8-10 times ZERO is still ZERO! Stupid me! smileys/smiley2.gif

Phentermine/Adipex - 28 orders / 2 shipped / 7%

Alprazolam Tabs- 3 orders / 0 shipped / ZERO %

These are the only controlled meds you carry that I mentioned in my previous post above. Now, tell me you guys are better then them again. Better at what?

Just face it, your program for controlled meds doesn't work. You need to change it to something that does. Your program just makes no sense to a potential customer, it is too confusing because you don't give the customer enough information BEFORE orderingand that is why your controlled meds hardlyever ship.

As far as non-controlleds are concerned - I still say that out of all of the programs out there, you guys have the highest base prices. Now, tell me why we should use your program for non-controlleds when everywhere else we go we get better commissions and less stress frompissed offcustomers?

Well, they were *supposed* to have doctors to make home visits for controlled meds. Promises, promises. I've given up.

Put yourself in the customer's shoes. You have been buying hydro for two years, now you place an order and then you get an email stating they want you to see a doctor and pay $225 additional. Although you wouldn't mind paying the price to get your drugs, since you are a recreational user, you know the doctor ain't gonna write the script.

So it is back to http://www.google.com/search?q=hydrocodone (http://www.google.com/search?q=hydrocodone)for the customer and the order never ships.

They should just drop the controlled meds and these headaches would go away.
