Impact Health Care has a number of unique qualities that help us to provide you with outstanding service. We are not "script brokers': i.e. a company that acts as a middle man to triage your order out to the lowest bidder. Companies like this may be able to offer you lower base prices but they have no real control over your customers. They do not control customer service, they do not have their own E-merchant accounts, nor do they possess their own network of pharmacies or physicians. When things go wrong the "script brokers" have no ability to make them right.

Here at IHC we are a totally integrated one stop shop company. Our customer service is done in house. We pay you ourselves and don't need to rely on others to pay us. Thus, our independence is your assurance that we are able to provide you with the best service you will find anywhere. For those of you who have been with us for the last two years, you know that we deliver on what we say and we will always be able to monetize your traffic like no other company. New affiliates can expect an overall denial rate of less than 10% of their orders.

We are purely engaged in the marketing of specific non-narcotic medications. We have no direct financial interest in any pharmacy entity. Our unwillingness to take ownership interest in a pharmacy has made our company less profitable. In addition, we cannot always offer medications at the lowest possible price. But monetary concerns in this company have always been subordinate to proper conduct. Now that we see law enforcement officials closing pharmacy after pharmacy we know that our decisions were correct.

We remain stable and confident that the layer of legal protection we have by adhering to our conservative business model well make us one of the few long term players in this industry.

You mentioned that you are adhering to conservative business model but a search on your name at the Boward County records office yields a Nov 7th hearing for you on 3 felony counts, including RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization) in Federal court.


Can you explain why you are appearing in court that day and what sentences you are facing? It's all public record so no point in lying about it. If it has nothing to do with your current operation, then please just say so that we are comfortable switching to the new backend.

As you can see at the top of the form,the name is SACH NOT SACHS. This is NOT IHC's Dr.Sachs.That's some strong legal research, I am glad Mr.Cochran isnot billing me out at $200 an hour.


Dr. Sachs does not have a hearing scheduled for 7th. You may show up and see for yourself since you took the liberty of posting the hearing info for me.

The fact that I am actually having to make this post is a quandary in itself. This person engaged in a war of words solely to damage my character.

Not only, are these comments not true but are wholly unrelated to the purpose of the forum. This forum, for all serious minded people, is an excellent venue for discussing business options for RX affiliates and should continue on that way.

This is the last post I make regarding this topic.


The first correct link to the alleged charges was posted this morning. 2 counts of racketeering and 1 count of medicaid fraud. The charges were under the name SACH not SACHS. See my post on page 2 of this topic, that is unedited cut and paste. Whenthe exact same link was posted a 2nd time later in the daythe information in the record had changed. I do have printed copies of the inconsistent records. When I said"you have the hearing date and time, look for us" the hearing date is set for Nov 7th for these charges. Hearings are open to the public and everyone is welcome to attend. If this person really believes this is Dr. Sachs, they are welcome to attend the hearing and see for themselvesthat it isNOT. Bottom line:


-Thisis NOT IHC's Mark Sachs criminal record.


-Mark Sachs hasNEVER been charged with 2 counts of racketeering and 1 count of medicaid fraud.


-Mark Sachs isNOT out on $250,000.00 bond.


-MarkSachs doesNOT have a court hearing Nov 7th.

No. I am not an affiliate of IHC. But I have been looking around to see what other OP programs I can join. And yes, it is my d**m business to know who I might be going into business with. So, you wouldn't care if for example you were dealing with someone that is dispensing counterfit drugs that couldpotentially harm someone as long asyouare getting paid?Then, that'syour call. I am not saying that IHC is doing this.
