Brittin,
Why were all old stats erased? Will we ever have acess to our old commissions? I know I am owed ALOT more than this check shows.
Can we have our old stats back please?

We will never get our old stats back, because they can short those of us that don't know exactly what they owe us. They can knock off a few bucks and we don't know the difference. They may only shave off a little, but think of how many affiliates they can do that to...

Why impute bad motives to them without any evidence?

Why impute bad motives to them without any evidence?
Well, when it happens to more than one person...
Not to mention, when we're not allowed to see our stats, it's awfully fishy. Surely there must be a way for us to see our stats because *they* can see our stats.
Since this is about payment, has anyone received payment from them for new sales (since the "reopening")? Today would be the first day for wires, right? Have there been any?

A different company who somehow has our stats, yet is shorting our payments? What makes them think that's a good idea for keeping affiliates? They know what they owe us or some people would be getting payments for too much, but we haven't heard about that, have we?
By the way, this "different" company seems to still physically be in the same location.

I'm encouraged to see that checks were sent to pay commissions, either in whole or in part, that pre-date acquisition by the new owner. I don't have mine yet, but now believe I well see payment of myold commissions as well as the new.
There may well be some discrepencies that can be cleared up, one would hope, without accusing anyone of wrongdoing. For pete's sake, cut these new folksa littleslack as they transition into what is a new venture for them. Honest mistakes are inevitable. Frustrating, yes, but I'll need a lot more evidencebefore concluding there is dishonesty.
They ought to be able to provideprevious stats in due course. The main thing now is to get money into out hands.
And, believe me, I'm not suggesting that there shouldn't be a full accounting in the end.

I agree Potentmix. I have had the opportunity to talk to Brittan on the phone a few times over the last couple of days and Iam impressed with the way she is trying to transition this. I also feel that the amount being paid out to me is less than what I am owed and would concur that a full accounting of past pay periods should be forthcoming. I have confidence that we will see it in due course. The bright side is that we at least have another choice as to where to sendtraffic. That can only be a good thing.

Everyone is "working" to get everyone past due commissions... When is this "working" going to "work"? Just send me a dollar, at least I know that maybe, just maybe something will happen. I am losing trust more than I ever thought possible. It makes absolutely no sense to me how things can take this long. What does it take to cut some checks? The acquisition of a company is obviously something that takes preparation and thought. You're telling me the previous owners just got up and left, "you're on your own...good luck". I'm sorry, maybe I'm wrong, but I don't believe that. Now, maybe I'm full of BS, but I really don't think everything is peaches n' cream like so many are implying. Something would and should have been done sooner. I'm sure many of you disagree, and that's fine. If you retort with something that makes sense, I'll eat my words gladly, but until then, I am astonished by how trustworthy alot of you have become. It's one extreme to the next; payment's a day late -class action!, then all of a sudden everything is fine...withalmost no change in actions... Most of this is so grinding on my nerves that I'm almost apathetic about this whole situation...and maybe I should have been from the start...

All I said was I received a short check. That is a fact.
A simple notice thatthe firstcheck wasn't going to be a full payment would have been appropriate. If they want to prevent speculation, they need to communicate better with affiliates. Poor communication is an easy problem to solve.

Brittin,
I am sorry....perhaps you missed the top of the page, it says RX Affiliate Forum:

The public square or marketplace of an ancient Roman city that was the assembly place for judicial activity and public business.
A public meeting place for open discussion.
A medium of open discussion or voicing of ideas, such as a newspaper or a radio or television program.
A public meeting or presentation involving a discussion usually among experts and often including audience participation.
A court of law; a tribunal.
I handle my companies other interests, pharmaceuticals being one of them. Your comapny not paying makes ME look bad. This post and others like it, are the only thing that I have so the higher ups can see that it is not just us, it's everyone. I understand that your company just acquired Rxmed1, but surely your company knew about the debt and all the other issues surrounding it. The best way to get people to shut up and to continue to do business with you, is to pay them. That's professionalism!

As mentioned before, the best and fastest way for me to make sure you get paid is to PM or email me. If you'd like to post your Name, ID, commisssions due, and other pertinent information on a "forum" feel free to do so. (I prefer to keep my information private, but feel free to post it for all to see.) smileys/smiley1.gif

That's not the point - to call affiliates and myself unprofessional is completely inappropriate on your part.

Redex and others, I believe there is a simple issue at hand here. When one company steps in and aquires another, they are obviously interested in obtaining the assets, but certainly must be aware of liabilities (debts outstanding). I think enough time has passed that (without knowing all the "facts") it is apparent that information regarding the status of old stats/commisions will not be made obvious. I think this stinks in and of itself. It'd be like someone stepping in to buy Amazon.com and reaping all the benefits of being a hugely popular site, without sending out any orders pending shipment (with payments received). It's part of the 'bidness, no?
Now, if they'd simply purchased the back-end software from the former RxMedical group, I could understand. Obviously though, they are interested in benefitting from the existing affiliate-base as well though. Strange way to start business.
re: raking through the coals, as much as I generally hate public slander, personally, I believe that's what this forum is here for. I personally paid out a good chunk of my money on advertising costs and expect compensation for it. I'm not in the business of generating money for others. Are you?
On a last note, I think you have been very level in your posts, and this isn't meant as an attack. I generally agree with your thoughts, just a little shocked to see the casualness of these threads. Money is money is money. :)
Thanks.
Ps Pardon the spelling errors. I left the 9th grade to pursue my career as an unpaid affiliate.
