Payout Reports...

I think RxMed should create a "Payout Report" section in the backoffice like MWS and a few others. That way we can see what is going on instead of having to email them constantly....I'm sure it would make them happier as well...Have they ever said anything about a "Payout Report"?

I think all affliate programs should have some sort of trouble ticket type of thing inside their control panels. Then you dont have todeal with bouncing emails and/or any other excuse for not replying to messages sent. It would be very very easy to implement into any affiliate program. I'd even write the scripts myself if anyone I am affiliated with was interested. I can be first to admit it's hard managing emails and sorting through spam and other BS so it would only make sense to do something like this if you weren't afraid to make affiliates happy or actually answer inquiries from affiliates. I also think it would enable the affiliate directors to manage everyone much much easier.


I thought maybe Richard from myrxbiz had mentioned they planned on doing something like this with their program but I don't know if they ever ended up doing it.

Well, maybe this is the time to seriously consider it...if they're updating other things in the backoffice, they might as well add that in there...

I would be willing to guess that the problem with payouts is generally not due to the OP's not knowing about the problem. My guess would be that their money is being held by their merchant account(s) in a rolling reserve. If they are currently switching which company they hide behind, they might have had to start a new merchant account, which would account for their money being tied up all over again. I have no proof of this theory, but it would account for not being paid after the transition.
