It's not spam. It's more than likely a stolen email list.

I never gave Dan Collins authorization to view my account history. This is a HIPAA violation and will be reported.
Isn't sending customers to multiple pharmacies providing them with the meanspharmacy shop illegal.

The affiliate has told us he got the list through a legal means. If this is not true I am sure Rxmedical/HMU or their legal team will contact us, and we will see what we need to see.
I feel bad for the affiliates out there if they feel something is wrong with OP's they have worked with, but this is something I need more proof on. Think If I turned u off becuase of a phone call or email. Help me out here...
Seems to me these offshore guys cant keep their data together? Or maybe when these ops sold out, they decided to make some extra cash selling the list themselves ?

You need to kick this guy out of your program. If you do that will say a lot about your program. If you don't then you are just like all the other OPs.

Again, help me. I need some proof.....and I am different from every other OP. I am responding to this thread. When similar reports have been made, what have the other OP's done ?
Any rate, working on it

Proof, the guy has violated the "anti-spam policy", he has sent me numerous unsolicted emails, I never opted in.
But I suppose cos he/she is stealing my refills thats ok, maybe fraud not spam.
You would think the guy had the sense to send his/her spammy sh*t to the pharm where the customer first bought the meds.
That may be tricky, cos no doubt he aint no clue where the email list came from?

I can tell you I got the same emails, and have gotten them for weeks from several pharmacies. They are definitely taken/purchased/obtained from rxmedical's data base, as I get them for two drugs that I ordered there, and those are the drugs in the subject line. Either this guy is doing this and pointing to several programs, or the list has been sold several times. Odd thing is I think this started about the time rxmedical went down. No matterhow it was obtainedit is flat out wrong.

I wouldnt call it 'spam', I've gotten them too from multiple sites for multiple programs and whoever is doing it is using a valid FROM and a working REMOVE.
Many affiliates make their living off legitimate email marketing, lets not condescend them.
Seems like alot of petty jealousy in this thread, lets get back to talking about how to make money not bitching about your own low sales and blaming them on these insignificant emails.

With an attitude like that, should I suspect you. The emails are from a canadian, eh?

No, not me, but I have a good idea who it is. However, I'm not a sh*t disturber, I concentrate on my own sales and try to improve those rather than harping on others. smileys/smiley4.gif
Lets get real here for a second. We all get tons of mail, some solicited, some not, at least who ever sent these is following the appropriate CANSPAM guidelines as a responsible mailer.
You posted in another thread on the same boring topic in that you are a buyer of such lists, so why the hypocrisy?smileys/smiley3.gif
Just like everybody bitching about Andrew's blog spamming in another thread, I still believe this just comes down to jealousy and pettyness and your responses are proving this point.
BTW. You do not have any customers they belong to the OPs. Why do you think that when you make a sale you don't get the order information?
I thought we've been over this before, just getting boring and I wish we could get back to talking about making money rather than bitching about how others do it.smileys/smiley6.gif

I think you are wrong about the CANSPAM guidelines. In order to legally send email you have to have an existing or prior relationship with the recipient of the email. The clients on this list ( and I have over 1500 on there ) did not give permission to nor do they have an existing or prior business relationship with the senders of the spam. This makes it illegal. And perhaps we can add to that the HIPPA violations of confidential client information from an Online Pharmacy being shared illegally among marketers.
Just like everybody bitching about Andrew's blog spamming in another thread, I still believe this just comes down to jealousy and pettyness and your responses are proving this point.
What a lot of crap. I'm bitching about this ass-hole who is spamming because there are over 1500 clients from my sites who are getting bombarded daily with this crap spam personalised with their names. Not to mention the loss of probably $40,000 - $50,000 in reorders from this there is irreparable damage to the reputation on my sites, because clients think I am responsible for all the SPAM.After all it was through my website that they placed the original order and gave their contact details. I have been contacted by clients who have said they will never trust my sites again and have told all their friends not to trust them either. So take your "jealousy and pettyness" crap out your ass and realise that these guys have cost myself and other affiliate LOTS of money. If you had over 1000 customers with Rxmedical on the stolen list you might understand this a little better.
BTW. You do not have any customers they belong to the OPs. Why do you think that when you make a sale you don't get the order information?
I DO HAVE CUSTOMERS. That is why IHC, HMU, and Rxmedical give facilities for affiliates to get THEIR customer contact details. I have been talking with one of the owners of MPLLC in the last few days and he is working on getting this information to affiliates also.
Perhaps YOU don't have customers of your own. Maybe that is why you don't seem to care about these customers being bombarded with SPAM. If you had a sense of ownership and tried to develop a loyal customer base of many thousand clients who trusted you and your websites you would also be disgusted with what is happening to your clients and personal business reputation.
Have you ever provided any customer support to any clients that have purchased through your sites? If you have did you use your real name on the bottom of the email? I have and I've got people like Debbie, Chris, Andrea, real customers who I help every day. When somebody sh*ts on their lawn believe me it affects me!

Well drugsdr, never looked at it that way, never even knew the options of getting customer info was available to affiliates. Havent seen it in any of the control panels. Good to know.smileys/smiley1.gif
