Hello,


I have tested it for 1 day and would like to summarize all bugs, I have found.


The system is great, however ...:


1) NO order confirmation available. So you will never see emails confirming you get the sale with some details on it.


2)Some email sent to customers(orders updat for example) are sent from address: "support@myprivaterx.com", but NOT your web site email ... so we can loose customers this way, as next time they will go directly to myprivaterx.com instead of your site. I would like customers to see that it is our company do all the stuff ... as with EVA.


3)Reports ... - there is NOreports capabilities. And search doesn't work correctly. So I'm unable even to see what I made last 2 days ... I'm not speaking about weekly reports. Just in the beginning history for last X days will be great. (or correct search or reports as we have in tss).


Phentermineseems to be solved (it is present on my price schedule).

No one from IHC commented on Andrew's findings. All three points are very important and need to be taken care of before partners switch from TSS. Order confirmation is a must to have.

The confirmation reports to the customers were fixed last week, they will show your sites on them.


A commision report function was added last week as well, the campaign tracker will be added shortly.


The sale confirmation email for the affiliates with the details hasnot been added. However, when you login to view your orders you can click into the order and view the details just the same. If you guys feel the email function is important we can add that in the next day or two.

In the upper right hand corner of the order screen there is a field for total profit for the day. At present this total profit include profit from the rejected/declined orders too. It should only show total profit from OK orders only.

Please can we have a way to view commission reports for the relevant pay periods? This allows us to match what is owed against what is received. It shouldn't be hard to have this set up as a running total for each pay period.

Hi Laura,


Any comments on the above mentioned suggestion. Most of us are Beta testing the new backend system and changing to it right now seems kind of risky with the mentioned downtimes (another thread).

Also, e-mail confirmations of new orders are important.
