IHC Backend Very Slow

When I submit my order form to https://secure.ipssoftware.net/processOrderit is very slow. Anyone else experiencing this?


My conversion is down since a couple of days ago and was wondering if this is the cause.

I've noticed that too, ever since they made the upgrade.

Acouple days ago I had afew timeouts, etc.,but today was problem free.

For me - it is OK.

it is sporadic. I have seen it slow for hours at a time, then back to normal. There are hours where conversions are ZERO for a big number of visitors. THen, all of a sudden, we get a bunch of orders in a very short period of time.


Andrew, if I remember correctly, you generate a good amount of orders. Do you not see unusually big gaps of 2-3 hours with extremely low order volume?
