Received this:
No we have not been asked by the DEA to stop. However we are acting on our own accord due to statements found at the DEA website
Elizabeth Willis, Chief, Drug Operations,
DEA Office of Diversion Control
Records Comments About On-Line Pharmacies
OCT 21--DEA Drug Operations Chief Betsy Willis today recorded comments about internet pharmacies. She has recorded 4 separate actualities. They are accessible to radio stations and others interested in using the following:
Dial: 1-888-557-6494
Enter: 701, 702, 703, 704 at prompt (note: you will need to dial separately for each)
On Sunday, October 19, 2003 the Washington Post began a 5 part series on the impact of the internet on pharmaceuticals. Willis and other DEA officials were interviewed for the series. The Federal Register Notice, April 27, 2001 (Volume 66, Number 82) has additional information explaining the laws pertaining.

More than 50% of meds that arelisted on their site for sale in USA are gone. Looks like signs of bad days to follow.

Listened to the 4 separate calls and correct me if I am wrong but any online pharmacy relying on an online questionnaire is operating illegally. Where will we be in a week time ... ?

All the DEA can do is regulate controlled substances. They cannot get involved in viagra prescriptions. That is up to the FDA but the real burden lies in the State Board of Medicine for the doctors and state board of Pharmacy for the pharmacies. those two cannot even coordinate efforts with each other to bring some of those OPs down.
