I get those all the time too. "That order was for my husband Joe Smith, and this order of 90 Soma is for me, Margaret Smith. All of our credit cards are in my husband's name, but this order is not for him, it is for me. We both have severe back pain." You really feel bad for these people if it is true, because we all really think they are full of it. Never seems to happen with Valtrex, only soma, phentermine, clonazepam, etc. funny huh???

One of my pharmacies actually rings the client to verify the prescription. This seems to more accurately sort out the marginal issues.
