I am most certain Brian is aware that ALL are curious as to what is being said on this forum as I saw him logged on here last evening for long enough to have read the latest threads.

IM in the business, and close to most companies in the biz. The word is that the DEA has shut them down. I dont know anything about details or if they would be opening doors again, or if they are going to be paying the affiliates. Most companies (do not) pay in full due do the amount of money that its costing them for lawyers unless you have signed agreements that will hold up in court. But i wouldnt count on it. My guess is that they are done, I was told this from a good source.

I supppose, but if all was fine, I am sure they would pop in and say so. If I was involved with any of these guys, I would expect not to receive any payment and start working on your other stuff. Just my opinion.

I was told within an hour of when they were hit. MWS and or Valueprescribe were shut down! 100% for sure!
