Full Time?

I've just begun - more as a hobby than a means of supporting myself. I'm slowly picking up info here and there - what puzzles me the most is how one can spend a full day managing affiliate sites. Is that time spent more on marketing? Do you advertize with SE as a normal course of business? Do you modify your adds? What does one do most of the time? Also, I've seen reference to affiliates performing customer service. I don't see where I have access to any of the buyer details. Does it vary from company-to-company? If I'm asking secrets, please forgive me - otherwise, anything you have to offer would be very insigtful.

Well, I spend most of the day just refreshing my order stats page. But, that's why I don't make money like Redex and DEWIE45

I have dual monitors, the forum is in one and the other has all my order pages from the OPs I affiliate with in a frameset . I have them all set to refresh every ten seconds. I just sit and watch! Prolly why I have sh*tty SE placement, huh?
