The DEA are dreaming if they think they are going to close this industry down.
1.I doubt they have the resources to mount and continue a sustained attack on our industry.
2. There are far to many OP sites on the net.
3. If it gets to hot, the pharmacies will just move offshore and or go underground using servers in the Baltic countries which are out of reach of USA law enforcement.
4. No doubt here are "powerfull" people in "high" places who have too much invested in this industry to let the industry go down the gurgler. I see writs and injunctions being served on the DEA and other law enforcement agencies to slow things down somewhat.
5. The "big" people will simply tie the DEA up in the courts until the DEA are instructed to back off due to budget and time constraints.
Acomprimise will probably be the end result of all this.
I intend keeping on keeping on!!
Just my take on things.
Peter.

The DEA is not out to close the industry down. They are merely stopping the illegal sale of controlled substances. The industry cannot go offshore because the illegal importation ofcontrolled substances willalso place the consumer at risk of legal ramifications.
The states will slowly stop the industry one by one, but that will still be in the distant future. Fat people will have to by Xenical, Anxious people will be limited to Buspar insteead of xanax, Soma is the only muscle relaxant that may come under DEA jurisdiction in the future. It is considered controlled in some states. pain pills will be limited to fioricet and ultram. Oh well, Most old timers here remember the days when that was all that was available online.
We are regressing back two years and there was money to be made then. Only difference is there are no more $65 consultation fees with two refills.
I would definitely stay away from offshore meds. I don't know how IHC is going to deal with it, but it would be interesting to see. Once MWS dumps the controlled substances, their offerings will be minimal. EVA just invested a lot of money and without phentermine, they will definitely step back and rethink. USA has pulled all their sites offline, most likely to revamp them sans the controlled substances. RxMedical and IMS, dunno, they say they are safe for now and working within the law and not residing in Florida which seems to be the hot spot for the DEA. Now that Florida's Telemedicine regulation is in effect, it will be easier for the DEA to be successful in Florida busts. Escripts is launching a new program in the next couple of weeks. It will most likely take into account the current pseudo-cataqstrophic events.
Remember the DEA seizes drug trafficking related assets so if they get convictions, they will have no problems funding further investigations.
Given the choice of making one third to one half the money I make now or go to jail, I would choose a pay cut. I think most sensible businessmen would to. The OPs will adapt to stay within the law or rick losing all that they worked for the past few years.
Gotta get back to work on my scheduleZERO backup sites so I'm readywhen the time comes.

I'm working on mine too. But, I'm not Exactly sure if I should include the "border line" products like the anti-depressants. They are Not showing up on any schedules right? Or are they somewhere I'm not finding them?

What about the doctors and pharmacies? Do you really think they are going to take the risk of prescribingcontrolled subs. via an online questionare.

<< Do you really think they are going to take the risk of prescribing controlled subs. via an online questionare. >>
Isn't that exactly what they are doing?
The question really is whether the doctor patient relationship is legal/valid. If so, it really does not matter what type of script it is.
The dea's position is that the prescriptions are not valid because the doctor patient relationship is not "face to face". The dea does not, however, make laws. We will see how the court cases turn out.
I am opting for caution personally.

If the DEA says it's illegal than IMO it's illegal.I guess we'll have to wait and see. I'm playing it safe for now.

If the OP offers it, then you should be able to "promote it" We don't sell anything, remember. We don't touch money, doctors or prescriptions. I would have a couple versions of sites ready to go online at an instant's noticce, especially high traffic ones. I would also try to sway phent buyers that legally only Xenical is available, you the scare, fear of loss tactic, to get them to buy xenical on all your phent sites and pages. there are ways to cope. Preparation is the key to continued success.

Well, if phentermine users are a bunch of addicted speed freaks like you have suggested, then offering them Xenical instead of Phentermine would be like offering a cocaineaddict flour instead of cocaine!
Sorry sir, but cocaine isn't legal. I can offer you this similar white substance, which will have no effect on you, whatsoever.

the DEA enforces the law, it's up to the courts to interpret it.

The more sh*t gets shut down, the more affiliates that fold, the more potential there is for me to make money. I am not gonna lie. I am in it for the money.
