Web Stats and Mailing LIst

I am looking for a good web stat program that is invisable to visitors, cgi or something. Also, a nice mailing list program. The host I am using has send mail and I am hosting on a nix system. Anyone have some recommendation to what programs would work nice?

octeth is a great mailing list (in PHP) also Webalizer or HTTPAnalyze for stats all server based. Your host should provide some sort of stats program for you. If not, you could download raw logs and process locally on your PC.

Octeth also has a server wide enterprise version that you can use forl all your sites from one single install

i guess I meant something that I did not need to host or install myself. for example I could login to a control panel at the companies website and then control all of the outgoing emails and email addresses from there. I do know want to have to worry about installing and configuring anything on my own servers and I would like a quick and simple way to manage everything.
