TSS Linking Conversion How-To:

Introduction:
Tropic Spiral Systems has migrated their application software from the tss.eapps.com domain to the tropicsp.com domain. This document explains what users of the TSS system need to do in order to get the best performance out of the system. These changes affect all users of the TSS system. (All online pharmacy organizations and non-pharmaceutical organizations.)

The changes are backwards compatible so there are no emergency changes that need to be done. Making the changes will improve access to the system since the servers will not redirect you (and your customers) to the new domain.

General:
The TSS system's user interface servers were named

tss.eapps.com : order taking and affiliates
tss3.eapps.com : doctors, pharmacists, techs and order processing
tss4.eapps.com : customer service representatives

The new user interface servers are now

w1.tropicsp.com : order taking and affiliates

Well, if I have to change all the damn links on my sites anyway........

Spreading out the load for all the orders they won't have because everyone jumped ship over to IMS. Since then my eva orders ahave doubled, I had a record EVA Friday with 10% declines. Just like the good old days with EVA. Keep jumping fellas. You don't want to change all those links, grab some new templates from other OPs instead!smileys/smiley14.gif smileys/smiley16.gif

IHC is good alternative to jump to .... but you also need to jump too often with it smileys/smiley5.gif.


I'm tired of constant jump as well. I do only it instead of marketing my sites lately.

star, it was a record number fo sales for that day with 10% declines and yes some were refills. I was shocked but happy to say the least.


Regarding the links, Theo is redirecting now for our convenience to give us time to change them. It prolly won't redirect forever
