View Full Version : Orders are doubled - anybody else ?

All my orders last 6 hours are doubled.


So instead of 1 order - I get 2 orders, and second one is automatically goes on hold by system ... but it brings mess to my customers, where they seee 2 confirmations and 2 different orders numbers instead of 1 smileys/smiley6.gif.


Anybody else or only me ?

Maybe the order is timing out adn the impatient customer is clicking again.

It is EVERY order ... already 10 are doubled. Will contact teo.

it is solved. Teo support - is something outstanding smileys/smiley4.gif
