Sometimes I think that I could laugh my arse off with the stupid stuff these people say. Got an email like this:

"I received the Tramadol but it must be an old med,
because it has no effect on my knee pain. When I took
Tramadol previously, it helped my knee tremendously.

Can I get a refund on the remainder of this med?"

Do they not read the info on the sites they order from? Do they really think meds expire so quickly? I've read that the expiration dates on most meds aren't for safety, but so that you don't hold onto meds and must buy new ones which puts more money in the pharmacy/pharmaceuticals pockets.

edited to add: If there are others receiving such complaints, this would have some kind of validity. Anyone hearing things like this? LOL

I got one from a lady complaining that Phentermine 37.5 wasn't working for her when it had before. She thought the drugs were old.

I had one when I was sending Viagra orders to e-scripts. The guy wrote something like "The pills are not working this time. Are you sure they are not some cheap generics". He was asking for a refund for 8 tabs or else a chargeback. I forwarded the email promptly to Candace Clark who was e-scripts affiliate director at that time to had customer support deal with it.

I have had too many customers enter credit card numbers along with expiry datein feedback that I can see. I think they want a rejected cardto be replaced by an alternate card and since even god can't reach EVA support by phone so they do that.I don't know why people are so careless about their CC numbers.

phalaris: Ive seen alot of those too! Just email your cc # with expiration and billing address? NOT ME LOL

Gavin: I just think it is so stupid, because nobody would waltz into Walgreens and say something so ignorant, or would they? Bet the Walgreens employees have great stories too.

Shelf life for ultram and viagra is four or five years out. I have seen manufacturers bottles with expiration sin 2007 and beyond. Consumers expiration should be one year so as not to encourage stockpiling.

Redex, that's what I've always heard too (my sister works in a brick and mortar pharmacy) she keeps meds forever.
