Registering your domains in the name of the OP that you are promoting will solve the legal owner since it is their pharmacy. I'd feel safer with my domains in their name instead of another affiliate's. Kinda like the MWS SA program. smileys/smiley14.gif

If you are offering to take over the domains and affiliate account and PROMISE to pay the original affiliate in cash thereby relieving him/her of any traceable connection, then it will have to be a written contractand the contract in itself will still implicate the original affiliate.
